Thank God this is only 13 seconds long. If it were longer, I would have to dismiss The Who as a bunch of Broadway-lovin', showtune-writin' saps. Which they were, but in a good way. Not this, though. This is capital-B, capital-A, capital-D. It makes me wonder if maybe Andrew Lloyd Webber was the secret fifth member of The Who.

Like much of the album, gobbidge gobbidge gobbidge. I'm sorry you had to hear it again.
A lot of good artists have done odd little ditties like this. The Beatles did "Her Majesty" (not quite the same, I know ... but still weird), Steve Hackett did "Sentimental Institution," Peter Gabriel did "Excuse Me," and Van Halen did ... well, Van Halen did this kind of thing WAY too often.
